The following are two ways to add users to your Evernote Teams:
- Invite users individually: Send email invitations to specific users. To make inviting new users easier, you can connect to Gmail to quickly find your contacts in your Gmail or Google Apps address book. To add users individually, enter email addresses, then click Invite.
- Automatic approval (Evernote Teams accounts that have not been updated): This is a great time-saver for getting all of your company's employees joined to Evernote Teams without having to invite every user individually. To allow users in your email domain to join automatically, just add your company's email domain and click Add, then click Confirm when prompted.
The 'Tags' page of the admin console is where an account admin can rename or delete tags that have been assigned to notes for the team. Select the checkbox next to a tag, then choose an action from the dropdown menu at the top of the list. Learn more >>
The Evernote Teams trash contains notes you've deleted from your own notebooks, as well as notes deleted from notebooks you are joined to. You can restore notes from the trash, but only an account admin can empty notes from the trash.
To empty the trash:
- Click Trash in the navigation bar of the admin console.
- Check the box to the left of the notes you want to permanently delete.
- Click the Delete button. A confirmation dialog will be displayed.
To delete all of the notes in the team trash, click the Empty Trash button.
All of the selected notes will be permanently deleted. The deleted notes will be removed from users' Evernote clients the next time the user syncs their account.

- The size of an audio recording will vary depending on the content of your recording and your device.

Anyone who creates a space, or members of a space who have permission to invite others, can invite team members to join and collaborate on content. There are two ways to share a space:
- Invite individual team members: Share the space with others by inviting them directly.
- List in the Space Directory: Make the space available to be viewed and joined by anyone on the team from the Space Directory.
Spaces are the simplest way for teams to share and organize information so they can stay in sync and work better together. You can create a space for a project, team, or topic; fill it with notes and notebooks; and share it with your team. Everyone on the team can see what has been shared with them in a space, locate the information they need, and collaborate easily to get the job done.
