If your issue or question isn't listed in our Help Center, you can get in touch with our Support team by submitting a ticket through our contact form, which can be accessed at the bottom of each support article.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do so:

  1. Click on the Submit a request button at the bottom of this page
  2. If you aren't already logged in, you will be asked to log in with your Evernote account to access the contact form. If you can't log into your account, feel free to click on Continue as guest to access the Accounts, Legacy and Billing dedicated options.
  3. Select the category related to your request. Please take a look at the table below to know what to select.
  4. Select the topic related to your request
  5. Fill in the form with the requested information
  6. After submitting the ticket, you will receive a first automated response based on the option you selected on the contact form, including all the preliminary troubleshooting steps you may follow to troubleshoot the issue or the relevant information that may help you solve your doubts straight away.
  7. If the issue is still occurring after performing the suggested steps, or if the answer to your question isn't listed in the auto-reply, please feel free to reply back to the email, and a member of our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible. Please note that if you don't reply back to the initial auto-reply, your ticket will be marked as solved.
