How to Submit a Support Request

  1. Click the Submit a request button, found at the top-right corner of the screen or at the bottom of each article.
  2. If you’re not already logged in, you’ll be prompted to log into your Evernote account. If you can’t log into your account, click Contact support to be directed to a form specifically for login issues.
  3. Choose the category that best matches your request. Please refer to the table below for guidance on which category to select.
  4. Choose your account type:
    • For Free, Personal, or Professional plans, select Individual.
    • For Teams plans, select Teams.
  5. Choose the topic most relevant to your request.
  6. Fill out the form with the necessary details about your issue or question.
  7. After submitting the ticket, you’ll receive an automated response based on the options you selected. This reply will include initial troubleshooting steps or information that may help resolve your issue.
  8. Follow up:
    • If your issue persists after following the suggested steps or if your question isn’t answered in the auto-reply, simply reply to the email, and one of our team members will respond as soon as possible.
    • Please note that if you don’t reply to the initial auto-reply, your ticket will be automatically marked as solved.
