If you can’t find an answer to your question in our Help Center, you can reach out to our Support team by submitting a ticket through our contact form.
How to Submit a Support Request
- Click the Submit a request button, found at the top-right corner of the screen or at the bottom of each article.
- If you’re not already logged in, you’ll be prompted to log into your Evernote account. If you can’t log into your account, click Contact support to be directed to a form specifically for login issues.
- Choose the category that best matches your request. Please refer to the table below for guidance on which category to select.
- Choose your account type:
- For Free, Personal, or Professional plans, select Individual.
- For Teams plans, select Teams.
- Choose the topic most relevant to your request.
- Fill out the form with the necessary details about your issue or question.
- After submitting the ticket, you’ll receive an automated response based on the options you selected. This reply will include initial troubleshooting steps or information that may help resolve your issue.
- Follow up:
- If your issue persists after following the suggested steps or if your question isn’t answered in the auto-reply, simply reply to the email, and one of our team members will respond as soon as possible.
- Please note that if you don’t reply to the initial auto-reply, your ticket will be automatically marked as solved.
