I’ve been using templates in Evernote for a long time. What’s different?
In the past, we’ve offered templates in the form of sample notes that you can copy to a notebook, then duplicate to reuse. While this has been a popular workaround for a long time, we feel templates deserve an easier solution and better home in our product.
Templates now offer a way to quickly find and apply a template when you create a new note. In addition, if you use Evernote Plus, Premium, or Business, you can turn any of your existing notes into templates and everyone can pull from our gallery of 50+ pre-designed templates.
Your personal template gallery can be accessed from any new note. From there you can search for templates, edit template names, delete templates from your account, and apply templates to a note.
Are templates pre-loaded into my account?
No. However, you can access our Template Gallery in the Evernote app or by visiting our website at evernote.com/templates where we have 50+ templates to begin with and more to come soon. You can save as many or as few of the templates to your account as you’d like.
