Create a template
You can turn any note you already have into a template, to be used over and over again. Once you’ve got the note in a format you want to save, follow the steps below to save it as a template.

Mac
Create the note that you want to use as a template. Click the More actions button (three dots) in the upper right corner and select Save as template. This will save your note as a template.
To view your saved templates, navigate to the Templates section in the sidebar.

Windows
Create the note that you want to use as a template. Click the More actions button (three dots) in the upper right corner and select Save as template. This will save your note as a template.
To view your saved templates, navigate to the Templates section in the sidebar.

iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Create the note that you want to use as a template. Tap the More actions button (three dots) in the upper right corner and select Save as template. This will save your note as a template.
To view your saved templates, tap More in the menu at the bottom of the screen, then select Templates.
