What to do if a note has content that is not supported

When content is added to a note using the latest version of Evernote or an Early Access beta version, certain features may not be visible in older versions of Evernote. This can result in a warning message or a block in the editor that says "Unable to display."

It is possible that you see this warning message because a note contains content (such as an audio recording or comments) added using a version of Evernote that supports them, while the version on your current device does not.

To ensure all content is visible in your shared notes, as well as receive the newest features and improvements, we recommend updating to the latest version of Evernote.
