Evernote Enterprise (formerly, Evernote Business) Customers are eligible for refunds under certain conditions. As with Individual Paid Service subscriptions, if we issue a refund or credit for an Evernote Enterprise subscription in one instance, we are under no obligation to issue the same refund or credit in the future.
Termination by Customer
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law. No prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions after the start of a new payment cycle.
Content Export
Once your Evernote Enterprise subscription expires, the Enterprise account will be deactivated, and all users will lose access to their Enterprise accounts. Please make sure you and your team export any content you wish to retain beforehand.
