What to do if you're experiencing issues with CAPTCHA (human verification)

If you're having issues passing CAPTCHA, the human verification, you can follow the steps outlined below to resolve your issue:

  1. Check if your browser is still compatible by visiting our OS requirements article, which has recently been updated. You can check your version by clicking on this link. You can update it by following the instructions in this article.
  2. Cache. Please make sure to clear your cache for ALL TIME. Alternatively, try using a different browser.
  3. If you're using a VPN, please turn it off while using Evernote or use the split tunneling feature if available.
  4. If you have an Adblock or use any proxies, make sure to disable it for Evernote.
  5. If you are using the Brave browser, disable Brave Shield for Evernote login
  6. If the above steps haven't helped, as a last resort, please reinstall it, but first follow the instructions detailed below to uninstall it:
