How to fix the "Client not supported, please upgrade" error

If you’re seeing the error message “Client not supported, please upgrade” it usually means the app version you’re using is outdated. This is not related to your login credentials or subscription status.

Evernote updates its app periodically to improve security, fix bugs, and add new features. Over time, older versions become unsupported.
