There are multiple options for exporting your notes as PDFs.
Export a single note
To export a note to a PDF, follow the steps for your operating system below.
Desktop (Mac and Windows):

Open the note you want to export.

Click the More actions button (three dots) at the upper right corner of the note.

Select Export as PDF... from the menu.

Choose your page options.

Click Export.
Mobile (iOS):

Open the note you want to export.

Tap the More options button (three dots) at the top right of the note.

Select Print note.
- Select the share icon on the top right and save the PDF to files.
Evernote Web:

Open the note you want to export.
-
Click the More actions button (three dots) at the top right of the note.

Select Print.

Adjust the Destination field as Save as PDF.

Click Save.
Export multiple notes
You can export up to 100 notes at a time, or an entire notebook. To export multiple notes to a PDF, follow the steps for your operating system below.

Mac
- Click a note from your note list, then hold the Shift key on your keyboard and select another note. All of the notes in between the two selected notes will become selected.
- On the blue bar at the bottom of the screen, click the More actions button (three dots) and select Export as PDF....
- Choose your page options.
- Click Export.
Note: You can also hold the Command key on your keyboard while selecting notes to select non-sequential notes in your note list.

Windows
- Click a note from your note list, then hold the Shift key on your keyboard and select another note. All of the notes in between the two selected notes will become selected.
- On the blue bar at the bottom of the screen, click the More actions button (three dots) and select Export as PDF....
- Choose your page options.
- Click Export.
Note: You can also hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard while selecting notes to select non-sequential notes in your note list.
Export a full notebook
You can export a full notebook as a single PDF. To do that, follow the steps for your operating system below.

Mac
- Click the More actions button (three dots) to the right of a notebook in your notebooks list, and select Export as PDF....
- Choose your page options.
- Click Export.

Windows
- Click the More actions button (three dots) to the right of a notebook in your notebooks list, and select Export as PDF....
- Choose your page options.
- Click Export.
General page options
When you export your notes, you have a few basic options to format your exported PDF.
- Paper size - Choose from an array of standard paper sizes.
- Orientation - Choose between portrait and landscape orientation.
- Margins - Choose from a list of predefined margins, or choose custom margins to specify your own.
- Color - Choose whether the exported PDF should be in color or black and white.
Additional page options
You have additional options for formatting your exported PDF.
- Page numbers - Toggle the option on or off to include page numbers and select the page number placement on the page.
- Note order - When exporting multiple notes at once, choose the order in which the notes will be placed in the PDF. Hover over a note and drag the handle on the left to reorder the notes. Click the remove button on the right to remove a note from the export list.
- Note separation - When exporting multiple notes at once, choose whether each note should begin on a new page or directly after the previous note.
Note:
When exporting a note to PDF format, only the note’s text and any embedded images will be included in the final file. Attachments, such as PDFs or other file types, will not be included as actual files in the exported PDF note; instead, they will appear as symbolic images representing the attachment. If you need to export attachments as actual files along with the note’s content, consider using the HTML or ENEX export format instead.
Please note that exporting multiple notes or a full notebook will result in a single PDF file.
