Navigating discounts and promotions can sometimes feel confusing. We want to clarify how our discount system works so you can enjoy your Evernote experience to the fullest.

 

Discounts on Our Website 

Discounts and promotions for Personal and/or Professional plans (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or End of Year offers) may vary from time to time. To find the currently available ones, please refer to the information visible on our website and your paywall—we keep those up-to-date with the latest offers and promotions. 

When you see a discount advertised on our website, though, it’s important to know that not everyone will be eligible for different reasons. If you reach the checkout and the discount isn’t applied, that means you do not meet the criteria for that specific promotion.

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Our seasonal discounts are designed to give non-subscribed users the chance to explore our premium plans. If you are already a paying subscriber, you will not be eligible for these promotions. This means discounts and promotions are only available to Free users

  • Due to the policies of the App Store and Google Play Store, discounts can only be redeemed once through these platforms. Feel free to try redeeming it directly via Evernote's website instead.

 

FAQ

  • How can I apply promotions to my purchase?

If you qualify for the promotion, please make sure to follow the provided link or button and carefully follow the on-screen instructions. Keep in mind that the promotion you wish to redeem might be linked to the particular device or platform you used to access Evernote.

  • I accidentally closed the page before completing the purchase. Can Evernote send me the promotion again?

We’re unable to send custom discount links or apply promotions retroactively if the offer page is closed before completing the purchase. Additionally, please keep in mind that the promotions displayed may vary—we are not able to recreate specific discount conditions.

  • What to Expect from Customer Support

If you encounter a situation where a discount isn’t applied at checkout, please note that our system is automated and our Customer Support team won't be able to issue any custom discounts or apply any promotions to your account on their end.

If a discount wasn't applied to your payment and you'd like to request a refund for it, please submit a new ticket through our Contact Form making sure you select the options Accounts and Subscriptions > I'd like to request a refund. Please note you'll need to be logged into the account you'd like refunded and your case will need to meet our Refund Policy terms.

  • Do you offer discounts for Senior users?

Although we currently do not offer any Senior discounts, this is something we might consider for the future.

  • Do you offer discounts for students?

If you're a student, you can take advantage of our Unidays student offer. However, please keep in mind that this offer has certain limitations such as that's only available for Professional and it can only be used once.
