I don't see my issue on the list—does that mean that the team isn't working on it?
Not at all. Everyday we receive dozens of reports on different bugs and issues. Our team is constantly prioritizing fixes based on the severity of the issue and the number of people affected. So, even if you don't see your issue on this list, it doesn't mean we're not keeping an eye on it.

Do these issues affect everyone?
Most of the time, no. In a few, very rare cases, there are issues that affect all our customers—these generally become our highest priority. However, it's the nature of software like the one that powers Evernote that one person can experience a bug, while another has no problems at all while performing the same action! This is why it usually requires a bit of time to understand the bugs which are being reported: the team first needs to be able to reproduce it on our own test accounts before we can fix it. So, don't be alarmed if you see a bug listed below which you didn't experience!

- Description: Notebook menu may show wrong options or delete the wrong notebook.

1. Formatting set through “Update to match” is ignore when exporting a note
- Description: When exporting a note either to PDF, HTML or ENEX the formatting styles set through the “Update to match” functionality are not included

2. Notes list jumps up and becomes unscrollable after scrolling down

1. Notebooks not assigned to any space cannot be moved into a space
- Description: Notebooks that are not assigned to any space cannot be moved into a space via either the "Move notebooks into Space" option from within a space or the "Move notebook" option from the notebook list. These options are greyed out and display a lock icon.

1. Move Note dialog issue
- Description: When trying to move a note using the Move Note action, the dialog does not allow selecting a proper destination. Additionally, some possible destinations are sometimes missing.
