- Before filing a new support ticket. Check to see if the issue you’re experiencing has recently been solved. If yes, simply updating your app, re-launching your browser, or logging out and back into your account can improve your Evernote experience.

Sometimes the 'Something went wrong when adding your attachment' error message appears in a red banner. As a workaround, add PDF files by selecting File > Import in the menu or by emailing them into Evernote.

I don’t see my issue on the list—does that mean that the team isn’t working on it? Not at all. Everyday we receive dozens of reports on different bugs and issues. Our team is constantly prioritizing fixes based on the severity of the issue and the number of people affected. So, even if you don’t see your issue on this list, it doesn’t mean we’re not keeping an eye on it.

Do these issues affect everyone? Most of the time, no. In a few, very rare cases, there are issues that affect all our customers—these generally become our highest priority. However, it’s the nature of software like the one that powers Evernote that one person can experience a bug, while another has no problems at all while performing the same action! This is why it usually requires a bit of time to understand the bugs which are being reported: the team first needs to be able to reproduce it on our own test accounts before we can fix it. So, don’t be alarmed if you see a bug listed below which you didn’t experience!
