What to do if you're being frequently logged out from Evernote Web

Note: We have recently updated our authentication process to enhance security. While the option to stay logged in for 30 days is no longer available, Web sessions should last 30 days by default. Users should not be logged out immediately upon logging in, nor should they be logged out frequently.

 

If you're being logged out of Evernote Web as soon as you log in, or you're being logged out frequently throughout the day, please find a workaround below:

  • Make sure you're logging in through this page.
  • Clean your browser’s cache and cookies for all time, then log in again
  • Ensure that your browser is set to allow cookies. If cookies are blocked, it may prevent you from staying logged in.
  • Try disabling any extensions, especially ad blockers.
  • Make sure your browser is up to date. If it's not, follow these steps to update it.
  • Log in to Evernote using your browser's incognito mode. This can help determine if the issue is related to your browser settings or extensions.
  • If none of this helps, try using a different browser.

If the issue persists, kindly download the appropriate app for your device instead.
