If you wish to update your billing frequency (switching from an annual subscription to a monthly one or vice versa), you are welcome to follow the below steps:
- Log in to your Account Summary and click on Billing on the left menu.
- Next to Billing Period, select Change.
- Choose the new billing frequency (monthly or annual) and select Confirm.
This modification will be effective starting from your next renewal date, as this can't be done retroactively (if you're on an annual subscription, you'll have to wait your next renewal to see this change reflected).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the Change option isn't available, please cancel your subscription and resubscribe selecting your preferred billing frequency once the current subscription expires and your account is downgraded to Free. Rest assured that none of your content will be lost, and you will retain full ownership of it even if you cancel your subscription or your account is downgraded to Personal or Free.
As a heads-up, if you purchased a yearly subscription, we cannot move your account from annual to monthly and issue a refund for the difference.
