How to Cancel Your Evernote Subscription and Stop Auto-Renewals

To cancel your Evernote subscription's auto-renewal, follow these steps based on your payment method:

For Subscriptions via Credit Card or PayPal:

  1. Log in to your Evernote account on the Evernote Web platform.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings and select Billing from the left-hand menu.
  3. Scroll down and click on Cancel your Evernote subscription.
  4. Confirm the cancellation by providing a reason and clicking Cancel subscription.
  5. You'll receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is successful.

If you're using an older system, you may need to switch your plan to "Evernote Free" under the Manage Subscription section.

For Subscriptions through Third-Party Platforms:

  • iTunes: Cancel via your Apple account on iTunes or the App Store.
  • Google Play: Manage cancellations through your Google Play account.

Key Notes:

  • Cancellation will stop future automatic renewals, but your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Afterward, your account reverts to the Evernote Free plan without losing any data.
  • You may lose access to premium features after your subscription ends.
