Update payment information

Here’s a simple guide on how to update or change your payment information.

  • Update or add a credit card or PayPal payment method

    1. Go to your account settings in Evernote Web.
    2. Click Billing.
    3. Next to Payment Method, select Update.
    4. Enter the details of your new credit card or PayPal account.
    5. Select Update.

    Note: If you're already subscribed to paid service through iTunes or Google Play, but want to switch to paying directly to Evernote via PayPal or credit card, you must cancel your subscription through the third-party processor first and wait for your account to downgrade. You may then follow the steps above.

    If a Paypal option doesn't display in your account setting, please try subscribing by visiting our website.

     

  • Switch to iTunes or Google Play

    If you wish to switch your payment method from paying directly to Evernote via PayPal or credit card to paying Via Google Play or Apple, you must first cancel your subscription.

     Wait until your current subscription expires before you can switch payment processors. Once your account has reverted to Evernote Free, you can purchase a new subscription using your preferred payment processor.
