I purchased an Evernote subscription, but my account is not upgraded

If you've purchased an Evernote subscription and still see your account as Evernote Free, make sure that:

  1. You haven’t unintentionally upgraded a secondary Evernote account. Please make sure you log in to Evernote with every other possible email address you may have.
If you have an Apple device, It's possible that you might have created an account on Evernote by logging in with Apple and enabling the Hide My Email. You can find your email by tapping on Settings (from mobile) or System Preferences (from PC) > iCloud > Hide My Email and selecting Evernote. Copy that email address and try to use it as your Evernote login. The email should look like this: ---@privaterelay.appleid.com
If you have an Gmail account, use the exact same email you used during the Evernote account registration process. Try both possible options: @gmail.com and @googlemail.com
  2. Your payment has been processed
  3. You double-checked your subscription status by signing in to your account settings.
