How to cancel your Evernote Premium subscription
January 2020: We are currently in the process of updating our payments system. When the new system is available for everyone, you will be able to manage your subscription with less confusion. During this transition, not all customers will see the same options when looking at their billing details.
If you're using the new payments system, you will see a new 'Billing' section in the left navigation menu. If you're using the older payments system, you will not see the new 'Billing' section.
If you have any questions or concerns before canceling your Evernote subscription, please feel free to contact us.
Cancel your Evernote Premium subscription
Your subscription won't change until your current billing cycle ends. Once your subscription runs out, your subscription will be canceled, and your account will automatically revert to Evernote Basic. None of your data will be lost, and you will maintain access to all of your notes and notebooks.
The steps to cancel your subscription will vary based on your payment method.
