Why is Evernote changing legacy subscription prices?

Is my plan price changing?

Legacy Plus and Premium customers will be affected. If the price you’ll pay at your next renewal date is changing, Evernote will send you an email in advance of your renewal date.

When are these changes taking place?

Price changes will take effect on your next renewal date (the first renewal in or after December 2022). Evernote will send you an email with details about the price change in advance of your first renewal date with updated pricing.

Where to find your next renewal date:

• Subscriptions purchased directly from Evernote: Navigate to the ‘Billing’ page in your account settings.
• Subscriptions purchased through an app store: Navigate to your subscriptions page within the applicable app store.

How will I be notified of a price change?

If your price is changing, Evernote will send you an email with details about the change in advance of your next renewal date.

If you purchased your subscription through iTunes, Apple will also notify you directly.

What if I didn’t see the notification about the price changes?

If you did not see the email, please confirm that the email address associated with your account is correct.

Why did my friend receive a notification about price changes, but I didn’t?

All customers impacted by a price increase will be notified in advance of their renewal. The timing of the notification will depend on their individual renewal date.

Do these changes affect Evernote Teams?

No. These changes do not currently affect Evernote Teams pricing.

Is there a discount available if I want to upgrade to Evernote Personal?

For customers currently on the Plus or Premium plan, we’re offering 25% off a one-year subscription to Evernote Personal. You should be able to upgrade directly from within the app. If you don’t see this option, please contact us for assistance.
