In Paper, tap the Settings icon (top right).
Tap Support.
Tap Send Diagnostic Report.
An email will be generated with a diagnostic report attached. This report helps us investigate your issue faster.
In the body of the email, please describe your issue in detail. The more information you share, the better we’ll be able to assist you.
Send the email. Our support team will review it and follow up with you as soon as possible.
