At this time, the Evernote desktop app does not support opening external app deep links (for example, omnifocus:/// or zotero://).
As a workaround, you can open these links from the Evernote Web app instead. When opened there, you will be redirected to the corresponding app installed on your device.
Note: file:// links are supported in the desktop app only if the linked file is saved locally on your device.
Our team is always working to improve Evernote and explore ways to expand link support in future updates.
