What should I do if I forgot my Private Journal code?

If you've forgotten your Private Journal code, you can contact Paper Support for assistance with a reset.

  1. Tap on the Settings icon top left.
  2. Tap on "Private Journals".
  3. Tap on "I Forgot My Journal Code".
  4. Paper will launch an email window. Tap on the blue circle with the white arrow to submit your request.
