Draggable paragraphs and collapsible sections

You can now drag paragraphs and nest elements within your notes thanks to collapsible sections. This makes organizing and structuring your notes easier and more flexible.

Draggable paragraphs

You can now drag paragraphs and move them around within your note. This allows you to quickly reorder your content without needing to cut and paste.

Collapsible sections

To create a collapsible section, apply a header style (Large, Medium, Small, Extra small) to your text. An arrow will automatically appear at the start of the line.

Tap the arrow to expand or collapse the section and show or hide its contents.

  • You can place text, images, and other elements either inside or outside header sections.

  • When a section is collapsed, you can drag the entire block to a new location.

  • You can drag new elements onto a collapsed header to add them inside that section.

  • When your cursor is positioned at the end of a collapsed header, pressing Enter creates a new line outside the section.

Toggle blocks

Toggle blocks are standalone collapsible blocks that let you hide and reveal content with a single click. Unlike collapsible sections (which apply to heading styles), toggle blocks are independent elements you can insert anywhere in a note.

To insert a toggle block, type / at the beginning of a line and select Toggle from the slash command menu.

  • Click the arrow to the left of the toggle to expand or collapse its content.
  • You can nest text, images, and other elements inside a toggle block.
