What to do if you encounter an Incorrect password error when changing your email

If you're trying to change your email address but are receiving an error message after entering your password that mentions Invalid/Incorrect credentials or Invalid password, kindly:

  1. Click here to reset your password
  2. Enter your email address or username and click on Send recovery email
  3. Check your email for a link to reset your password. You may need to check your spam folder or corporate email filter for this message.

When choosing the new password, please make sure to use a completely new password that you don't use for any other services. Ensure that the password is strong and at least 16 characters. It should include both lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
