    Payments in INR are processed exclusively through the Pay By Link system. This method provides a secure way to complete transactions.

  2. System Limitation with Time-Lagged Payments:
    If a user completes a payment through the provided link after a certain amount of time has elapsed, the payment will still be processed successfully. However, our system may not automatically update the associated subscription level.

  3. Impact on Subscription:
    When the system fails to reflect the subscription update, you may experience interruptions in your service or features associated with the intended subscription level.

Resolution Steps

If you encounter this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Request a refund for your payment:

    • Go to our Contact Form 
    • Select the options: Accounts and Subscriptions > I'd like to request a refund

Please note you'll need to be logged into the account you'd like refunded.

  1. Resubscribe

    • Resubscribe to your preferred plan and make sure your payment is made within a short period of time

Preventative Measures
