What to do if you are not receiving a password reset email

You can easily reset your password by following these steps:

  • Check your email for a link to reset your password. You may need to check your spam folder or corporate email filter for this message.

If you are not receiving a password reset email, add no-reply@accounts.evernote.com to your contacts or to your email domain's safe sender list (depending on your email provider). You may need to check your spam folder or corporate email filter for this message.

If, instead, you’re experiencing issues with resetting your password or the system isn’t recognizing your credentials, even though they are correct, please turn off any VPNs or proxies you may have currently turned on, as they could be causing an issue.

When choosing the new password, please make sure to use a completely new password that you don't use for any other services. Ensure that the password is strong and at least 16 characters. It should include both lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
