If you're trying to subscribe to an Evernote paid plan but would like to pay in a different currency than the one you're being shown, please ensure that your geographic area and your credit card are coherent with the preferred currency. If your card is associated with another currency, please use another card that supports the preferred currency.  We also suggest you to make sure to turn any VPN off. If you happen to be traveling or have previously used a different currency, beware that this may also affect what is currently being reflected.

If you already have a subscription paid by credit card directly via Evernote and would like to change the currency of your subscription moving forward, please follow these steps:

  1. Cancel your subscription to avoid being charged for the same currency
  2. Wait until you're downgraded to Evernote Free (no data will be lost in the process)
  3. Re-subscribe to a plan of your choice with the new currency

If you already have a subscription paid through a third-party payment processor (PayPal, iTunes, Google Play), you'll need to update the currency in PayPal, iTunes, or Google Play directly.

IMPORTANT: if you're still unable to see your preferred currency, please note that currency will be automatically determined by your region via the IP address of your device and we cannot manually change the currency shown to a different one

As an alternative, you're always welcome to pay via Paypal, Google Play or iTunes. If your preferred currency is still unavailable there, we suggest trying to pay in a different one.
