No, canceling your Evernote subscription won’t result in losing your notes. Your data will remain in your account, even if you downgrade to the Free plan.

What happens if you cancel your subscription:

  1. All your notes and notebooks will still be accessible. However, with the Free plan, you’ll be limited to accessing Evernote on one device at a time.
  2. Once on the Free plan, you won't be able to create new notes if your account has more than 50 notes or more than one notebook. This is an overall limit, not a monthly one.
  3. Some premium features will no longer be available, including unlimited device sync, offline notebooks, and larger note limits.
  4. Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of your billing cycle. You won’t lose any notes or data during this process.
