Scannable operating system requirements

Scannable is now compatible with iOS >= 16.

Why am I logged out of Scannable?

With the latest update to Scannable, we've implemented the current Evernote authentication experience within the app to enhance efficiency and security. As a result, all existing Scannable users will need to log back in.

How to log back Into Scannable

When you open Scannable after the update, you'll be prompted to log back in. Here are your options:

  1. Log into Evernote / Create an Evernote account:
    • Log in: If you already have an Evernote account, simply enter your credentials to log in.
    • Create an account: If you don't have an Evernote account, you can easily create one.
  2. Subscribe to Scannable / Restore purchase:
    • If you prefer to continue without an Evernote account, you can subscribe to a weekly Scannable subscription. If you have previously purchased a Scannable subscription, you can restore it.

New and improved Features

With this update, we've reintroduced two popular features:

  1. You can now choose the notebook where your scans will be saved in Evernote. This allows for better organization and quick access to your scanned documents.
  2. We've added back the option to save your scans directly to the camera roll for users with an Evernote account connected to Scannable. However, please note that this feature is part of the paid Scannable subscription. If you select this option, you will encounter a paywall explaining that a subscription is required.

Updated Subscription Model

  • Limited plan
You can use Scannable without a paid Scannable subscription or creating an Evernote account. Please note that this limited plan includes one free scan only. You can either save it on your photo gallery or share it.

  • Connect with Evernote
You can enjoy Scannable for free by connecting with your Evernote account. You'll be able to save unlimited scans directly to your Evernote account (image or pdf).

  • Scannable subscription
You can save unlimited scans to your phone gallery and share unlimited scans (image or pdf).

  • Evernote Bundle (iOS users only)
This plan includes Evernote Professional + Scannable + Adobe Acrobat 1 month Free trial and can be purchased through the paywall shown for iOS users. To access the premium features in Scannable, simply install the app in the latest version (>=3.2.2) and connect with your Evernote account. You'll receive an email with a link to Adobe Acrobat 1-month Free trial within a day of your purchase.
