If your subscription is managed via Google Play, PayPal or iTunes, you will need to update your payment information in Google Play, PayPal or iTunes directly.
If instead you paid directly to Evernote, please follow the steps below to update the credit card information on file with your Evernote account:
- Navigate to your account settings.
- Next to Payment Method, select Update.
- Enter your updated credit card information and select Update.
This will set your next subscription renewal to be charged with the newly entered payment information.
If you paid directly to Evernote but your account is on an older payment system, it may be necessary to follow these instructions instead:
- Navigate to Evernote Account Settings and view the Account Summary
- Next to Account Level select Manage Subscription
- From the choices, select the plan that works best for you. Then choose the monthly or annual option
- Enter your updated credit card information and select Confirm Update
This will set your next subscription renewal to be charged with the newly entered payment information.
If you wish to change your payment method (e.g. from iTunes to credit card payment), you'll need to cancel your subscription first and resubscribe using your preferred payment method once it expires.
