How can I see my current plan, my billing information and my receipts?

You can manage your billing details directly from your Billing page.

Here’s how it works depending on your payment method:


Credit Card Payments

  • On your Billing page, you can view your current plan and payment method.

  • To see receipts for completed transactions, simply click on the Receipt link next to each entry.

  • Your next renewal details (including date and price) are also displayed here, and you can access them at any time.

  • Each time your subscription renews, we’ll also send you an email confirmation with the receipt.

  • If you need receipts for older transactions that no longer appear on your billing page, please check your email inbox for those records.

Note: If you can’t download your invoices (for example, nothing happens when you click the link), check your browser settings and make sure any ad blockers or pop-up blockers are turned off.


Apple or Google Play Payments

  • If you subscribed via Apple or Google Play Store, invoices are not managed on your Billing Profile page.

  • Instead, invoices are sent to the email address associated with your Apple or Google account.

  • You can also retrieve them directly from your Apple or Google Play purchase history.


Note:

  • Please note that invoices for Personal, Professional, Starter and Advanced plans no longer contain a billing address.

  • Please note that we’re currently making updates to improve our billing and payment system. As a result, you may experience some limitations in accessing your complete billing history (your past invoices may be temporary unavailable or you may face an error message when accessing the Billing section of your account settings).
