All customers who have purchased Evernote Business through SoftwareONE are required to set up a new account through the SoftwareONE page.

To set up your new account:

  1. Check your SoftwareONE invoice to verify the number of seats you’ve agreed to purchase.
  2. Go to the SoftwareONE page.
  3. Click the ‘Create Account button.
  4. When prompted, select the number of Evernote Business seats (licences) you’ve agreed to purchase through SoftwareONE.

What if I change my mind and want to purchase a different number of seats than I initially agreed to purchase through SoftwareONE?

Because you’ve purchased Evernote Business seats directly through SoftwareONE, it’s important that you enter the exact number of seats purchased when creating your Evernote Business account. Any mismatch between the number of seats entered and the number of seats purchased may lead to billing discrepancies, which you would need to resolve through SoftwareONE.

 

If I’ve already purchased seats through SoftwareONE, why do I still see pricing information on the sign-up pages?

Because your Evernote purchases are managed by SoftwareONE, please refer to the pricing information you’ve received through them, rather than the pricing information you see on the Evernote account sign-up page.
