Capture pages using the Evernote camera
Use Evernote on any iOS or Android mobile device to capture and save a page from an Evernote Notebook into your Evernote account. Once saved to Evernote, handwritten text on a page can be searched.
The Evernote camera makes saving your physical notes to your Evernote account even easier with automatic edge detection and image optimization. The Evernote camera even allows you to automatically tag and organize your notes using Smart Stickers that come with your Evernote Notebook.
Capture and save Evernote Notebook pages into Evernote on the following devices:
- iPod touch
Note: While Evernote Notebook page capturing works on iPhone 3GS, iPad 2, and earlier models, the results are not optimal due to low camera resolution and the absence of flash on those particular devices.
How to capture and save Evernote Notebook pages
The Evernote camera is specifically designed to capture the clearest images of your Evernote Notebooks pages. The camera automatically recognizes and associates Smart Stickers on a page with the tags and notebooks specified in Evernote.
