Why is the new Evernote Web only available using Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Opera?
We've optimized the new Evernote Web for use on these browsers. We're working to support additional browsers in the future.
Does the new Evernote Web work on mobile web browsers?
We do not officially support Evernote Web on mobile web browsers; however, depending on your browser settings, Evernote Web may be accessible. Because it is not officially supported, we are not able to troubleshoot many mobile browser-related issues.
How do I collapse/expand the sidebar?
You can collapse the sidebar by clicking on the left-arrow icon at the bottom of the sidebar. You can expand the sidebar by clicking on the right-arrow icon at the bottom of the sidebar.
Can I change the sidebar to a custom size?
Yes. Hover your cursor over the edge of the sidebar to reveal the slider, then click and drag the slider to adjust the width.
I’m using the older version of Evernote Web. How do I switch to the new Evernote Web?
In a supported browser, click your profile photo in the lower left corner of the browser window, then select Switch to the new Evernote Web from the popup menu.
How do I select multiple notes or notebooks, or perform bulk actions, like moving multiple notes between notebooks?
Hold down the Ctrl on Windows or Cmd on Mac, click on multiple notes, then use the blue action bar at the bottom of your screen to move, trash, or edit tags on multiple notes at once. You will not be able to select multiple notebooks at once.
I’m using the new Evernote Web. How do I switch back to the older version of Evernote Web?
Click your name in the upper left corner of the browser window, select Account info... from the dropdown menu, then click Go back to previous version in the "Evernote Web" section.
Note: This option is only available to customers who have accessed the previous version of Evernote Web in the past.
