Why is the new Evernote Web only available using Safari or Chrome?
We've optimized the new Evernote Web for use on Safari and Chrome. We're working to support additional browsers in the future.
How do I select multiple notes or notebooks, or perform bulk actions, like moving multiple notes between notebooks?
For now, you can perform bulk actions using Evernote for Mac or Windows. Other multi-select functions are not yet supported on the web, but are coming soon. Note: With Evernote Business, you can import several notebooks into a space by opening the space and clicking the menu button (three horizontal dots) in the upper right corner. Select "Import content" and choose the notebook(s) you’d like to import into the space.
How do I leave a business notebook?
To leave a notebook, open the notebook, click the menu button (three horizontal dots), then select Leave notebook from the dropdown menu. Note: You cannot leave a notebook that belongs to a space you're a member of unless you leave that space.
What features and functions are not available compared to the older version of Evernote Web?
There are a number of features and functions that will currently require you to switch back to the older version of Evernote Web. These include:
- Create notebook stacks
- View notebook stacks in shortcuts
- Create and execute saved searches
- Encrypt and decrypt text
- Multi-file and advanced attachments
- Drag and drop to/from desktop
- Set reminders
- Access Work Chat messages
- View published business notebooks (Evernote Business)
How do I switch back to the previous version of Evernote Web?
Click your name in the upper left corner of the browser window, then select “Switch to older version of Evernote” from the dropdown menu.
