I already have an Evernote account. How do I select a new product level?

Log in to Evernote from your desktop or browser, go to your account settings and select 'Manage subscriptions’. From there, you can select your preferred product level.

I've upgraded but nothing has changed. What should I do?

Make sure you have the latest version of Evernote installed on all your devices and sync your account to take advantage of all the new features.

Will the cost of my Evernote Premium or Evernote Business subscription change?

No. You won't see any price changes now. As an existing subscriber, you won't be charged the new price until after 4/29/2016, on the first renewal date that follows.

Can I still use Evernote Points, codes, and gift cards?

Yes. Evernote Points, codes, and gift cards may be used towards Evernote Premium.

As an Evernote Basic customer, can I search text inside my PDFs?

Any PDF you added before April 29, 2015 will still be searchable. You’ll need to upgrade to Premium in order to search new PDFs or documents.

As an Evernote Basic customer, can I save emails into Evernote?

Saving emails into Evernote became a paid feature on July 15, 2015. Evernote Basic customers can try this feature by saving up to five emails into Evernote before upgrading to Evernote Plus or Premium.

Can I increase my monthly upload limit?

We no longer offer additional limit increases. Users can upgrade to Plus (1 GB) or Premium (10 GB) to increase their monthly uploads.
