How and when are the charges for my Evernote Business account calculated?
The day that you create your Evernote Business account becomes the first day of the billing cycle for your company's Evernote Business account.
Credit Card Payments
If you have signed up to pay monthly or annually by credit card, you will be charged based on the number of users joined to your company's Evernote Business account. Evernote charges for all Evernote Business users at the beginning of the cycle on whatever day of the month you first signed up. For example, if you create your Evernote Business account on September 10th, your credit card will be charged for the number of users joined to your account on the 10th of each subsequent month (or year) that your business is active.
If you have signed up to pay annually by invoice (not available in all countries), you are paying for one year of Evernote Business service for a fixed number of users. If you wish to increase the size of your business, visit the Account Summary tab in the admin console to request an increase in your seat limit.
