The difference between business notebooks and personal notebooks

With Evernote Business, business notebooks are specifically designed for creating and sharing work-related content. Here's a quick comparison to help you decide whether content belongs in a personal notebook or a business notebook.

Note: If your Evernote Business account was created on or after September 15, 2017, you will not see personal notebooks when signed in to your business account. If you have personal content that you’d like to keep in personal notebooks, you need to create a second, personal Evernote account.

  Personal notebooks Business notebooks

Business notebooks may include content such as:
  • Project goals, timelines, and meeting notes
  • Interview screening questions, candidate resumes, and feedback
  • Marketing blog and email communications templates and schedules
  • Sales leads, account information, and customer meeting notes
