Mac and Windows

To print a single note:

  1. Select the note you wish to print
  2. Click Note > Print from the menu bar

Note: The option to print multiple notes is not yet available in the new Evernote for Mac or new Evernote for Windows.

To print multiple notes:

  1. Press Shift + click to select a range of notes or Ctrl + click (Mac: Cmd + click) to select the individual notes you wish to print
  2. Click File > Print from the menu bar
  3. To preview how your notes will look, click File > Print Preview (Windows) or select the PDF option in your print menu (Mac)

If you frequently need to print notes, you can add the Print button your toolbar so it is always available. 

iPhone and iPad

To print a single note:

  1. Open the note you would like to print
  2. Tap the More actions button (three dots) and select Print note
  3. Select an available printer, then tap Print

Note: The option to print multiple notes is not available in Evernote for iOS.
