Print an attachment, image, or PDF from a note
On Mac and Windows, you can print an attachment directly from the note editor, without opening it in another app:
- Open the note that contains the attachment
- Click the More options button (three dots) on the attachment
- Select Print
Printing from the editor is available for images, PDFs, and text (.txt) files. It is not available for other attachment types, including Word documents (.docx), spreadsheets (.xlsx, .xls, .csv) and files with no in-note preview. To print those, download the attachment and print it from the app associated with that file type.
