Evernote Teams accounts that have not been updated can specify an email domain – @yourcompany.com, for example – in the admin console to automatically approve users with that recognized email domain to join the team.
Set up auto-approval on an Evernote Teams account
Evernote Teams account admins can set up auto-approval for their account in the admin console.
- Sign in to the admin console.
- Click Add Users from the navigation menu.
- Type your team's email domain in the box, then click Add.
Going forward, any requests to join the team from users with that email domain will be automatically approved. There’s no need for account admins to approve requests individually.
