How to allow automatic approvals to join Evernote Business
Evernote Business accounts created before September 15, 2017 can specify an email domain – @yourcompany.com, for example – in the admin console to automatically approve team members using that recognized email domain to join the business.
Set up auto-approval on an Evernote Business account
Evernote Business account admins can set up auto-approval for their account in the admin console.
- Sign in to the admin console in Evernote Web
- Click Add Users from the navigation menu
- Type your company’s email domain in the box, then click Add
Going forward, any requests to join the business from users with a company email address will be automatically approved. There’s no need for account admins to approve requests individually.
