When you delete a note, it's moved to the trash which is located at the bottom of your notebooks list. If you change your mind about deleting the note and would like to restore it, follow the steps for your operating system below.

Mac
The new Evernote for MacRight-click the note you want to restore from the Trash, then select Restore note.
Older version of Evernote for MacRight-click the note you want to restore from the Trash, then select Restore.

Windows
The new Evernote for WindowsRight-click the note you want to restore from the Trash, then select Restore note.
Older version of Evernote for WindowsRight-click the note you want to restore from the Trash, then select Restore.

iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Open the note you want to restore from the Trash, tap the More actions button (three dots), then tap Restore note.

Android
Open the note you want to restore from the Trash, tap the More actions button (three dots), then tap Restore note.

Web
Open the note you want to restore from the Trash, click the options button (three dots), then click Restore.
Note: You cannot restore a notebook that has been deleted. When you delete a notebook, all of the notes in it are moved to the trash and the empty notebook is removed from your account. If you would like to restore the notebook, simply restore the individual notes that were in the notebook.
