You can add a flag to a task to differentiate it from the other tasks in your to-do list. There are no dates or times associated with flags; they are simply a visual indicator you can use to set priority or call attention to a task.
Tasks that have been flagged have a small flag icon next to them.
Note: This feature is only available with a Personal, Professional, or Teams subscription.
Add a flag to a task
To add a flag to a task, follow the steps for your operating system below.

Click anywhere in the title of a task to bring up the task editor, then click the flag button to the right of the task title. To remove the flag, click the flag button again.

Click anywhere in the title of a task to bring up the task editor, then click the flag button to the right of the task title. To remove the flag, click the flag button again.

Tap anywhere in the title of a task to bring up the task editor, then tap the flag button on the toolbar above the keyboard. To remove the flag, tap the flag button again.

Tap anywhere in the title of a task to bring up the task editor, then tap the flag button on the toolbar above the keyboard. To remove the flag, tap the flag button again.

No. The flag is only available in red at this time.
